Payment information: when you pay by M-PESA or card, the payment is handled by the payment provider. We receive confirmation that payment was made; we do not store your full card number or M-PESA PIN.

To handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
To improve the shop and, where you have agreed, to send you offers.
To meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the shop: with delivery and courier partners to get your order to you; with payment providers to take payment; and with service providers such as our website host and analytics tools. We may share information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep the site working, remember your cart, and measure traffic. Some measurement may use tools such as Google Analytics. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

How long we keep it
We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements, then we securely delete or anonymise them.

Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to be told how your data is used, to access a copy of it, to have inaccurate data corrected, to ask us to delete it where the law allows, and to object to certain uses.
