Delivery

Do you deliver countrywide?
Yes. Nairobi orders often arrive the same or next day, and upcountry orders take a few days depending on your location. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Can I collect my order myself?
Yes, from our shop at Magomano House, 1st Floor, Room 10D, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi once we confirm it is ready.

Returns and warranty

What if my item is faulty or wrong?
