Guru Expert Power Tools delivers quality tools and equipment countrywide across Kenya from our shop at Magomano House, 1st Floor, Room 10D, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi.
Order Processing (Handling Time)
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (East Africa Time) are prepared for dispatch the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed the next business day. Handling time is 0 to 1 business day.
Delivery Time
- Nairobi and surrounding areas: same day or next business day.
- Rest of Kenya: 1 to 5 business days after dispatch, via our courier partners.
Estimated total delivery time is 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Delivery Charges
- A flat delivery fee of KSh 500 applies countrywide on every order, including heavy and bulky machinery such as generators, large water pumps, welding machines and compressors. There is no separate quote and no additional transport charge.
Payment
Online orders are paid by M-PESA, or by cash on delivery within Nairobi only. Orders outside Nairobi are paid by M-PESA before dispatch.
